HEPTRAL 400MG TABLET contains S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine which belongs to the group of medicines called Amino acid derivatives. It is used to manage liver problems such as intrahepatic cholestasis (ICP; block in bile flow), liver cirrhosis, hepatitis and alcoholic liver disease in adults.<\/p>\n
