Introduction
At NS Pharmacy, we are committed to delivering your medicines and healthcare products safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Each order is verified, securely packed, and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer. Unexpected delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volume may occasionally occur.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal delivery charge will be applied at checkout based on your delivery location.
Delivery Areas
NS Pharmacy currently delivers across most cities and towns in India. Some remote, restricted, or non-serviceable areas may not be covered by our courier partners. Customers will be notified during checkout if delivery is unavailable in their area.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email containing a tracking ID and link to monitor your delivery status in real time. You can also check the order status in your NS Pharmacy account under “My Orders.”
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Customers can contact support to request re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package, missing item, or wrong product, please report it to our customer care within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Temperature-Sensitive or Prescription Items
Medicines and healthcare products are handled and packed carefully in tamper-proof packaging. Temperature-sensitive or prescription-based items are stored and transported under appropriate conditions to maintain product quality and safety.
