• Instil one puff in each nostril 2-3 times daily or as directed by your doctor

• Insert the nozzle into stuffy nostril by tilting the head forward in erect posture
• Use the spray by squeezing the bottle once and continue normal inhalation
• Release the pressure from the bottle and slowly remove the nozzle from the nostril
• Repeat the same steps for the other nostril and replace the cap tightly after use
• Do not use Nasivion Classic Adult Nasal Spray if you are allergic to any of its ingredients
