Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped by visiting the “My Orders” section in their NS Pharmacy account or by contacting customer support.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

In case of a successful cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

NS Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, invalid prescription, payment issues, or logistical constraints. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
Non-Cancellable Items

Orders containing prescription medicines, temperature-sensitive products, or special-order items cannot be cancelled once packed or dispatched due to safety and regulatory reasons.
