Our Refund and Return Policy outline the conditions under which you can return products, request replacements, or claim refunds. While certain healthcare items (such as temperature-sensitive medicines or opened packages) may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are committed to resolving any issues related to wrong, damaged, or defective orders promptly and fairly.

Refunds
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nspharmacy.com with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear images of the product and packaging.
Once your request is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, you will be given the option to receive a full refund or choose an alternative item of equal value.
Please note that opened, partially used, or tampered products, especially prescription medicines, health supplements, and personal care items, cannot be exchanged due to safety and hygiene regulations unless they are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received and inspected. A gift voucher or coupon code will be emailed to you for future purchases from NS Pharmacy.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser’s account or payment method.
Please note that gift cards, promotional coupons, and discount vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our customer support team after submitting your return request. Please contact us at support@nspharmacy.com with your order ID before sending any items back, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product). In such cases, NS Pharmacy will arrange or reimburse the return shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items that are returned without tracking.
